Healthy Habits come with support, encouragement, and repetition.

 

Healthy Habits for Kids was designed and created by Megan Austin at age 10.  Kids learn from their peers, sometimes even better than from adults, and Megan wanted to share her ideas and knowledge about healthy habits to make a difference in the world.

In this program, she teaches about healthy habits with:

  • Nutrition and Healthy Eating
  • Exercise and Activity
  • Mindset and Positive Thinking
  • Making Good Decisions
  • Taking Responsibility
  • Gaining Confidence
  • Handling Negative Peer Pressure and Bullying
  • Loving Yourself
  • Setting and Achieving Goals
  • and so much more.

She uses a fun and entertaining format...By Kids, With Kids, For Kids, & Helping Kids.  It is her goal to reach one million lives in a positive way so that kids can create habits now that will have lifelong impacts.

For a LIMITED TIME, Megan is taking applications for her NEW beta mentorship program.

We're looking for kids who want to have unstoppable confidence, make a difference, and have healthy habits. We're only taking a small group of kids for this new One Year Mentorship Program. If you are a kid who is willing to spend a few minutes a day working with Megan, submit your application to be one of the FIRST "Healthy Habit Kids".
